Shipping policy

This means your order will be processed within 1-5 business days and shipped within this time frame. The time of arrival will depend on the courier.

Important: orders that include handmade items (jewellery, spellwork,...) might take longer to process.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information through mail. As a customer it is your responsibility to provide the necessary information  to track the order. If you choose to get it delivered in a pick-up point make sure to pick it up in time, if it is not picked up in time it will be send back to us, to ship the order again we will charge a fee for shipping.
